you with more details about the Tournament and related activities. Please
also frequently check the website (www.ngsl.com), including the message
board, for updates.
2) Have your team read and sign a Roster

at any time prior to March 14th, 2004.
3) Look for further details from us, particularly on the website.
4) Arrive at Sloan's Bar and Grill (directions to be provided soon; see
the message board for the directions given last year, which should still

Registration/Check-In Details
- Registration will be held at Sloan's Bar and Grill
(directions to be provided soon; see the message board for the directions
given last year which should still be correct). For veterans, this is
the same place we held registration last year.
- All team captains must check in by 11 p.m. on Friday,
April 2. If you are delayed and won't be able to make it by then, please
email us (skm5n@virginia.edu)
to let us
know that your team is still coming. Any team that we have not heard
from by 11 p.m. Friday will be removed from the brackets and its entry
fee will be forfeited.
- Individual team members should try to check in by
11 p.m. Friday as well. However, if absolutely necessary, individual
team members may also check in prior to their first game Saturday morning.
Please note however, that games may begin as early as 7:00 a.m. Saturday.
- Every player must display a current student or faculty
identification card that we will check against the names listed on the
team roster. In order to play, team members must check in and show a
valid student ID. Please don't make us forfeit your games or disallow
individual player participation by forgetting IDs. This policy will
be strictly enforced.
- Only current, valid student or faculty identification
cards will be accepted. This means no driver's licenses,
military IDs, or notes from mom will allow you to play.
- Teams caught using ineligible players (such
as alumni, family friends, or anyone who is not a currently enrolled
student or faculty member) will be asked to leave and will forfeit their
entry fees.
