You can also make reservations directly with any of the above hotels if you have a rooming list and a credit card number to give the hotels. The hotels will not hold rooms for you without a credit card guarantee. The cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to arrival. If you make reservations yourself, make sure you ask for the group sales department or the sales manager and tell them you have a block of rooms under the UVA Law School Softball Tournament. Otherwise, you will not get the group rate.
